Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vangyalo website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them.

Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and payment is verified.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
• Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the order is defective or incorrect.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Certain categories (e.g., perishables, personal care items) are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Vangyalo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
